V-3000 Vertical headrail, Traversing and Rotating.
Traversing:
Louvers are traversed by pushing or pulling the wand.
Stacking:
Available in one-way draw and centre opening. completely reversible
Rotation:
180° rotation of louver actuated by rotation of the wand. The wand will rotate a gear in the wand control box. This in turn rotates the louvers as desired.
Wand Control:
The combination of moulded acetal plastic shaft and gears, encased in a glass filled nylon body, offers greater reliability to this headrail system. Available left, right or center.
Wand:
Extruded Aluminium Alloy 6063-T5, including an "all-in-one" stamped hook, provides increased strength and durability. Retaining Clip:
This moulded acetal plastic clip prevents annoying "pullback" of the lead carrier and louvers.
Carriers:
Moulded acetal plastic carriers have 2 independant self-lubricating wheels to provide easy traversing. The worm gears in each carrier will self-align for uniform rotation. The shaft remains in position until reset by the control. Replaceable shaft in each carrier can be repaired if accidentally damaged.
Spacing:
Available in 2", 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2" and 5" for V-3000 Strap System Carriers. Lubricated links will pass smoothly between glide slots in carrier to provide quiet opening and closing.
Available in 3 1/2" only for V-3000 Scissor System Carriers. Moulded acetal plastic links are riveted together to a pantograph scissor. Louvers are uniformly and equally spaced in the fully traversed closed position.
Channel:
Extruded Aluminium alloy 6063-T5, 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/2" high. Channel may also be specified in several standard colours.
Mount:
This LaserWand V-3000 Headrail System has numerous standard brackets available to address almost every installation requirement (ceiling clips, wall or extension brackets).
Warranty:
V-3000 Headrail Systems carry a manufacturers warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Specialty Headrails:
The LaserWand V-3000 System is also available in Slope Cathedral, Arch Top and Bow. This increased diversity of the LaserWand broadens its use in commercial and residential applications.
Slope Cathedral:
Headrails are available in one-way draw only in 2" and 3.5" spacing. Slopes in excess of 45° angle are non-traversing. A maximum slope of 55° angle is acheivable with this system.
Arch Top:
Headrails are non-traversing. A maximum of 28% of the horizontal width is acheivable. Please refer to the chart for suitable operating ranges.
Bow:
Headrails are available in one-way and centre opening in 2" and 3.5" spacing. The performance of this system is a direct relationship to the depth of the blind. Please refer to the chart for suitable operating ranges.

Controls:
Available in Direct Drive Control or Reduction Control. Made of moulded acetal plastic, controls will have a cover with screws to protect the mechanism from damage or dust. Pulley wheels at both ends of the system will provide smooth operation during traversing. Direct Controls have a 1:1 ratio of rotation while the Reduction Control has a ratio of 4:1.
The V-3000 track system is now available with a hidden single wand control, providing you safe and easy adjustment of light and privacy. The wand hides discreetly behind the lead louver of the blind.
All-Tecks Laserwand system controls both the rotation and traversing of louvers. This fully wheeled headrail system is the perfect choice for most vertical blind applications.
