System IV uses 2" nylon buckram, which is sewn into the drapery heading. With System IV, standard fabric widths may be used and seams can be hidden. Fabrication equipment determines the spacing between the pleaters. Pleaters are sewn onto the panel during fabrication. used with sew-on T-pleaters 93111; choice of overlap master pleaters 92114, or butt master pleater 92115. When the panel is completed, pleaters are pushed into the front-load space carriers 93140-93143.
