Ripplefold System III
System III uses 2" polyester buckram, which is sewn intoThe drapery eading.With System III, standard fabric widths may be used and seams can be hidden. Fabrication< equipment determines the spacing between the pleaters. Pleaters are sewn onto the panel during fabrication. Used with sew-on pleaters 92111; with choice of overlap master pleaters 92114, or butt master pleater 92115. When the panel is completed, it is snapped onto the spaced snap carriers 92140-92143.

  • Buckram is woven polyester, permanently stiffened to hold the drapery headings erect and resist creasing.
  • Buckram can be washed or dry-cleaned and maintains a shrink factor of less than 3 percent.


Snap-on Snap Pleater, 92111, Master Pleaters 92114, 92115
  • Molded of high-density polyethylene, U.V. stabilized.
  • Molded with a male snap to use with spaced snap
    carrier 92140-92143. Quick, easy installation.
  • Can be sewn to heading with one pass of a double
    needle sewing machine or two passes with single needle
  • Aligns easily to top of the drapery panel
  • Molded-in teeth grip on underside fabric for easier fabrication.


Spaced Snap Carriers 92140-92143
  • Carriers aremolded of Celcon, a high-tech grade of ultra-high
    density stabilized plastic that is durable and heat resistant.
  • Carriers are self-lubricating
  • Carriers are spaced by molding an 80# test nylon line into a
    series of buttons inserted into the top of carrier.
  • Two-piece construction allows carrier to swivel and prevents
    tangling of teh nylon line.
  • Fullness options: 60, 80, 100, and d120 percent.
