Ripplefold System I
System I incorporates 92145 4 1/4" O.C. snap tape and 92140-92143
spaced snap carriers. These draperies are fabricated using the
charts in the Fabrication Guides. Flat panels are fabricated to the
designated "hemmed fabric width". Master and return snaps are
attached to a length of snap tape, measured to fit the fabric width.
The tape is then sewn onto the flat panel. This snap tape is then
ready to snap onto the spaced snap carriers.

Snap Tape 92145
  • Tape is 7/8" wide, with snaps 4 1/4" on center. Snaps are nickel-plated brass. They are resistant to corrosion and rust
    and can be washed or dry-cleaned.
  • The woven nylon tape is permanently stiffen to hold the drapery headings erect.
  • Tape can be washed or dry-cleaned. Shrink factor is less than 3 percent
 Spaced Snap Carriers 92140-92143
  • Carriers are molded of Celcon, a high-tech grade of ultra-high density stabilized plastic that is durable and heat resistant.
  • Carriers are self-lubricating.
  • Carriers are spaced by molding an 80# test nylon line into a series of buttons inserted into the top of the carrier.
  • Two-piece construction allows carriers to swivel and prevents tangling of the nylon line.
  • Fullness options: 60, 80, 100, and 120 percent.
