Archifold Sytem IV
System IV uses 4" 1144 buckram which is sewn into the drapery heading 93112 3 1/2" and 93113 4" sew-on T-pleater used with butt master pleater 92115, and 93141 spaced front-load carriers. One hundred percent fullness is standard; 60, 80, 120 percent are available.

  • Molded of high-density polyethylene with a U.V. stabilizer.
  • MOlded-in T-head for front-load carrier.
  • Can be sewn to heading with one pas of a double needle sewing machine or two passes with a single needle machine.,li>Aligns easily to top of the drapery panel.

  • Non-woven buckram holds the heading erect.
  • Pliant material a low Archifold draperies to fold easily.
  • Buckram will not crackle as draperies are operated.


Spaced Front-Load Carriers 93141
  • Carriers are molded of Celcon, a high-tech grade of ultra-high density stabilized plastic that is durable and heat resistant.
  • Carriers are self-lubricating.
  • Carriers are spaced by molding an 80# test nylon line into the top of the carrier.
  • Pleater swivels to keep nylon line from twisting.
  • 100 percent fullness is standard; 60, 80, and 120 percent are available.
