Optical Diffusion Coating
Video Vision DA-WA N: DA-1N DA-5N
Ideal for video projection under controlled lighting conditions offering an exceptionally wide viewing cone and a uniform, bright, sharp image with no color shift. Provides a neutral gray appearance with an on axis gain of 1. Well suited for high resolution applications An ideal coating for multi-image displays where bend angles from some images my be sever. Offers a 1.8 center gain and a generous viewing cone of 60 deg Provides a 5.0 gain for extremely bright lighting conditions in narrow viewing applications and/or low lumen output projectors.
DA-WA DA-3N
A neutral white screen coating providing a 1.5 gain and excellent off axis viewing under controlled, low level ambient light conditions. Perfect for high ambient room lighting conditions. Offers a 2.3 gain and a 50 degree viewing core


Optional Finishes and Tint

Protek
Da-Lit's Polacoat screens are available with a factory applied protective coating to minimize the possibility of accidental surface damage.

High Contrast Tint
This feature significantly enhances the perceived quality of all video images. by making the dark elements of an image appear even darker from the screen's viewing side, the overall contrast is greatly increased. The High Contrast option in no way degrades other performance characteristics of the screen including overall brightness. Because this darkening tint is so noticeably beneficial, it is offered to Da-Lit's customers at no additional charge. Note: Not to be used with Video Vision or DA-WA coatings.

UNI-SHIELD
A very abrasion resistant coating applied to the diffusion coating to minimize the accidental surface damage. Incidental contact with markers to the surface can be removed if done quickly with denatured alcohol.
